Birthdays, baby showers, weddings, New Years, family reunions, and breast cancer awareness, regardless of the holiday or event, Della Godfrey will have her tree decorated.

Godfrey and her family have fun decorating the tree each holiday and they love to come up with new ideas for the displays.

Godfrey hopes that with time, patience and determination that she can get her idea into production.

"I took the tree and was on Dragon's Den.

Godfrey's amplified tree idea is patented and she is working on finding a buyer.

This time of year, she has her amplified tree decorated for summer festivities such as Canada Day and family reunions.

The list of ideas is endless, Godfrey says. When I got there I was not happy with the trees they had provided, so I'm nervous for the episode to air," she said.

"The reason why I came up with the tree is because we don't take as much time to celebrate as much as we use to.

"The idea is that it is a celebration tree.

"This is a tree you can use every day of the year, and even outside," she said.

"I'm working on creating a male version, children, and of course, animals," Godfrey said. ".

"I'm hoping to have it on the shelves and in stores for people to enjoy and to be able to celebrate in a whole new way.

Godfrey said she thought about the idea while unpacking her Christmas tree this year. A tree which can be used on any occasion regardless of religion or beliefs, and I hope to see it held in retail stores where they are able to advertise their products," Godfrey said while fixing a light on her amplified tree in her home.
