Show to honor interior designing graduates

The "Shape the Future" Interior Design Exhibition took off at Dar Al-Hekma in Jeddah to honor the 10th batch of interior design graduates on Monday.

Among the most prominent projects were The Saudi Cultural Museum, the Islamic Library, Jeddah Center for Autism, a children's library, a tourist information center in Jeddah and several more projects that won the admiration of the audience.

"The exhibition helps students to apply what they studied academically to show their readiness for the labor market," said Dr.

The outstanding pieces of the 22 interior design graduates were showcased at the exhibition.

The exhibition under the theme "Shaping the Future" seeks to meet the needs of the community within the limits of the possibilities faced by today's world, following a tailor-made approach to design portrayed by the balance of social and rich cultural tendency.

The creations included a wide range of facilities and projects in serving the homeland, highlighting the importance and impact of design in people's lives.

She went on to say that the exhibition showcased projects to benefit the graduates of private and public sectors.

The main objective of the exhibition was to inspire the public and foster the creativity and professionalism of the students through the presentation of their works.

"The exhibition gives the graduates an opportunity to present their work to companies and engineering offices, allowing students to receive job offers from engineers and designers to work in their architectural firms," said Dr.
